Ben Glazzard

As a martial arts, advanced fitness and exercise instructor, he has devised his own training methods and philosophy that have been invaluable to Fitness Wild.

He loves the challenge of training outdoors due to the unpredictability of nature.

Ben is a highly skilled all round athlete and key member of the team.

Jimmy Ray

An advanced exercise specialist and marine sports scientist, Jimmy is a keen waterman.

Jimmy has previously worked with athletes, from channel swimmers, skiers and Atlantic rowers, to those who want great physical transformations or to keep fit as well as with the general public creating great physical transformations.

Jimmy believes in leading by example and pushing through/to keep going when training to reap the benefits.

Keith Jacka

Having had a lifelong passion for sport and outdoor activities, along with a determined dedication to improving his own athletic performance, Keith studied Sports Performance and Coaching at University, graduating with a First Class Honours Degree.

Keith went on to work with ‘Truro Colleges Elite Academy’, developing the colleges Regional and National level athletes Strength and Conditioning programs. Keith coached athletes competing in Surfing, Taekwondo, Golf, Long Jump, Four Cross BMX and Judo.

After a successful year with Truro College Keith moved to work in professional rugby with the ‘Cornish Pirates’ during the 2015-2016 Season and will continue to work with the club for the 2016-2017 Season.

Keith’s extensive knowledge and experience of professional sport coaching has provided him with an invaluable insight into the practices used by other top professional coaches, ensuring a truly holistic approach to an athlete’s development.

By combining Keith’s experience and the comprehensive Fitness Wild development process, clients can be assured of a ‘Complete Development Program’ no matter their goals or starting point.
