Personal Training in Falmouth
We provide outdoor personal training sessions in Falmouth that are proven to deliver life-changing results.

Our personal training packages use the most modern principles of training, using full body workouts that teaches your body to work as one. Not knowing what’s next teaches your body and mind to prepare and work together.
Each package requires a 4 week commitment to give both us and you the time to develop your fitness. These packages are great for anyone who wants to train for a specific event e.g. athletes, sports enthusiasts or sports clubs or anyone who wants to lose weight and/or gain strength, agility or muscle development.
Personal Training Packages
3 + sessions per week, £27 per session, for 4 weeks.
Complete Body Transformation: training 3 x a week for 4 weeks. Full body development and nutritional plan, body and postural analysis and full email and phone support.
2 sessions per week, £30 per session, for 4 weeks
Training twice a week with full body development and nutritional plan, body and postural analysis and full email support.
1 sessions per week, £30 per session, for 4 weeks.
Training once a week with a full body development plan, nutritional guidance and body and postural analysis.
All packages are based on one-to-one training, with programs tailored to your body’s needs and your fitness goals.
Once you’ve completed a personal training package with Fitness Wild, if you would like to continue training with us regularly we would recommend joining one of our weekly group sessions.
We train at Argal Lake and Gylly Beach for our workshops – circuit training using kettlebells, Olympic lifts and gym rings to get a mix of cardio and strength, this will really amp up the fitness.
